We admit students into our program in the Fall and Spring Semesters.
Programmes offered
We offer a program leading to the Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration with emphasis in the following areas: Theory and Research, Management and Policy, Courts, Juvenile Justice, Corrections, and Police. The purpose of the program is to provide studients with a sound foundation for management and research positions throughout the criminal justice system as well as preparation for more advanced graduate study in the field.

Admission requirements
GPA of 3.2 or greater in the last 60 units of university coursework; if GPA falls between 2.5 and 3.2, applicants are required to submit GRE scores to be considered for admission; all applicants must submit 2 letters of recommendation and a statement of purpose to complete their application.
Application deadline
Usually at the end of May for the Fall semester and at the end of November for the Spring semester. Check letter to applicants to the masters program at www2.sjsu.edu/justicestudies for exact dates and special requirements for foreign applicants.
